Just like the other US Dollar counterparts, Canadian Dollar also started to rally during 2000. The pair amazingly has made another new Low of the year, by hitting US$0.98 upon the Job Data and Unemployment Rates release of the Canada. As we can see, just like most of the pair, Loonie are in the 3rd Wave of the larger degree.

4 Hours Chart

At 4-Hours Chart, the pair currently, the pair rests at 0.9800 area. From the chart, we see that the Wave [ II ] unfold and [ IV ] unfold sharply. Currently, the pair are heading for another Low, since we can see that probably Final Wave [ V ] has just begun.

Just like the other US Dollar counterparts, Australian Dollar also started to rally during 2000. The pair amazingly has made another new High of the year, by hitting US$0.90 upon the Job Data and Unemployment Rates release of the United States. As we can see, just like most of the pair, Aussie are in the 3rd Wave of the larger degree.

4 Hours Chart

At 4-Hours Chart, the pair currently, the pair rests at 0.8972 area. From the chart, we see that the Wave [ II ] unfold as a triangle. So, we expect the current Wave [ IV ] will unfold sharply. It does, and in fact the Wave [ IV ] looks to have been completed. So, probably we can say AUDUSD are currently in the final Wave [ V ] of the larger degree.

Unfortunately, we can't see a clear view of the pair, since it is still new to our broker. But, after reviewing another broker, we found out that, NZDUSD formed almost the same pattern as AUDUSD.

4 Hours Chart

At 4-Hours Chart, the pair currently, the pair rests at 0.7609 area. Kiwi are currently forming the 4th Wave of the larger degree. From the chart, we see that the Wave [ II ] unfold as a triangle. So, we expect the current Wave [ IV ] will unfold sharply. It does, and we will be sure that the Correction ( Wave [ IV ] ) has completed, if Kiwi can break the current High at 0.7669 area.

Just like Cable, Euro also started its gains against US Dollar from the start of the new millenium. Currently, the pair unfold exactly the same pattern like GBPUSD, where Euro are currently in the 3rd Wave of the larger degree.

At 4-Hours Chart, the pair look synchronized with the weekly one. Currently, the pair rests at 1.4134 area. Euro rallied two ways upon the released data of Non Farm Payroll on Friday, completing the Wave [ IV ] of the larger degree. However, we still don't know, whether the pair has really completed the Wave [ IV ], or it will continue the corrective moves.

Cable are currently forming the 3rd Wave Extension, and has one final wave to complete the wave (iii) of Wave [ III ]. At the weekly chart, we can see Euro started to gain momentum at August 2000. We can see clearly that EURJPY are currently on the 5th Wave Extension. It has one final wave (v) to complete the whole sequence of Wave [ I ] of the larger degree.

At 4-Hours Chart, the pair look synchronized with the weekly one. Currently, the pair rests at 165.36 area. As we can see, EURJPY are currently in the 3rd Wave of the larger degree. We still don't know, whether the pair are ready for a short term retracement, or it will continue the journey to the north. SPECIAL UPDATES: GBP/JPY

Weekly Chart

At the weekly chart, we can see Cable started to gain momentum at July 1994. We labeled the whole rally from Low 127.00++ area to April 1998 High at 238.00 ++ area as the Wave [ I ] of the larger degree. The rally really looks impulsive, and we can see a clear 5-waves pattern upwards. Then, after finding its peak at 1998, Cable started to lose, followed by the World Economic Crisis at that time, the chart formed a corrective a-b-c waves. This whole corrective sequence we labeled as Wave [ II ] of the larger degree. Now, the main problem with our counting is, after the correction, GBPJPY went up again as it should according to Elliott Wave theories, but we found some choppy and overlapped waves as shown in the Circle Area. According to Elliot Wave theory, the whole rally to 2007 High at 250.10 can be counted as the Wave [ III ] of the larger degree. Because of these overlapped and choppy waves, we still can't label the smaller waves properly. But, what is certain is, the whole rally upwards are the 3rd Wave of the larger degree.

4 Hours Chart

At 4-Hours Chart, the pair look synchronized with the weekly one. As mentioned in our previous post, if GBPJPY can break the 233.00 area, it can go higher. Currently, the pair rests at 238.89 area. The whole rally from final Wave (e) of [ II ], can be labeled as Wave (i) as it look impulsive. We still don't know, whether the pair are ready for a short retracement, or it will continue the journey to the north. If the retracement occurs, it will be easier for us to predict next target using Fibonacci analysis.
